We are now bundling our holistic marketing expertise: Philipp und Keuntje (PUK) and fischerAppelt, play are merging under the leadership of the two CEOs, Stephan Giest and Mirco Völker to form the creative brand Philipp und Keuntje (PUK).

"The newly structured PUK is developing an innovative campaign and content offering for our clients that combines the excellence of this creative offering. We consider creativity to be a key factor for us because it provides the decisive power for identity and transformative power," states founder and board member Bernhard Fischer-Appelt.

The merger enables the integration of PUK's (advertising and campaigning) and fischerAppelt, play's (social content, community activation, digital campaigning and film production) services and capabilities into a comprehensive marketing solution. The combination of creative brand management, relevant advertising, digital format development, memorable communication and sustainable content, all provided under one PUK roof, will enable clients to benefit from effective, efficient and targeted cross-channel brand management.

"With our new positioning, we are able to cascade the power of big ideas down to the channel-specific asset level, creating highly impactful experiences for our target audiences," states Mirco Völker, CEO at Philipp & Keuntje.

"Our aim is to create highly effective content and campaigns for systematic customer experiences at all touchpoints in the modern marketing cosmos. These will be strategically developed, implemented end-to-end and executed," states Stephan Giest, CEO of Philipp & Keuntje.

The appointment of our new CCO, Marjorieth Sanmartin , will bring a fresh perspective and creative expertise to the role, playing a pivotal role in shaping the profile of PUK. In addition to Giest, Völker and Sanmartin, Oliver Kielinski completes the management team.
