Besides your studies?

Develop large campaigns and contribute your own ideas. Our working students are full-fledged team players and support our specialists with an independent field of activity. And who knows: Maybe we will meet again after your studies!

After university?

This is where it really starts: As a volunteer or trainee in one of our many agencies, you will get to know your specialist area, such as PR, design, film or live marketing, intensively over a period of 15 to 18 months. We offer you a mixture of systematic training in our agency's own trainee program Challenge°4 and training on the job. During your internship, you will also spend six weeks working in a team of specialists in another discipline within our agency group, possibly even at a different location.

Already got work experience?

The communications business is no longer uncharted territory for you and your passion for creative content continues to burn. Then start as a junior* with us. Get involved, grow with your tasks and take on your first independent projects. Our human resources development program will help you do this.
