Eileen Dillenburg has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the fischerAppelt Group with immediate effect. In this role, she will be responsible for the central management and coordination of operational business processes throughout the group. Her remit will also include driving forward the integration of technologies into workflows and standardising the use of artificial intelligence.

Eileen has been part of the fischerAppelt Group since 2012 and has served as the managing director of fischerAppelt, relations since 2020. The communications scientist brings extensive experience in integrated key accounts and profound expertise in the agency industry to the role.

The agency group is now seeking to leverage her operational excellence to an even greater extent. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Eileen will oversee the operational business processes of the agency group. She will also spearhead the use of AI and automation to optimise and future-proof processes.
