3. use and disclosure of personal data
We use the personal data you provide exclusively within the fischerAppelt Group to process your application for the advertised position.
Only persons involved in the application process will be informed about your personal data. All employees involved in the processing of your application are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
We will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have given us your consent or we are obliged to pass on your data due to legal regulations and/or official or court orders.

Your data will be automatically deleted within six months after completion of the actual application process. This does not apply if legal regulations oppose deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage (e.g. by consenting to be included in our applicant pool).
